Birds gotta swim, and fish gotta fly
I’ve gotta be the same girl till I die
Can’t stop bein’ that gal o’ mine
Tho’ I weep, and storm, and rage, and cry
Try to deny- Oh how I try I
Can’t stop being that girl of mine
It cannot be true, it must be a lie
Awake all night, I ask myself why I
Can’t stop being that girl of mine
Then become calm, give up with a sigh
Under the fake, it is the real I
that can’t help bein that gal o mine
Written while considering transition
I think this is lovely, and so true. After the storm, the peace. After denial, acceptance. Bless you for ever. ((XXXX)) ♥

And- after you asked, I may just stop looking at spam. There is so much of it, and it is rare that there is anything of value there.

But there is, sometimes a scrap of value – is it worth the time we would spend clicking? Probably not, but….we do it anyway. 🙂

Spam is repellent. Whether it is a list of links or those vacuous “You’re wonderful” or more rarely “You’re crap” comments. I don’t want the names and phrases to invade my brain space. A glance is often enough to find it is useless. I should just look at it once a day but it accumulates so quickly. Ach.
