Golden Light Project
David Tenn’s comments led me to the Golden Light Project. I love the idea of this meditation: knowing that others around the World are meditating alongside me with the same purpose increases the power of it for me, doing it at the Equinoxes and Solstices with people in the Southern Hemisphere as well, people at the complementary part of the cycle of planting and harvesting, increases the sweetness. So, yes. I am up for that.
The site says,
we can feel a beauty beginning to unfold, the promise of a world governed by peace, compassion and respect for all life. We are all part of this unfolding.
Yes. I am part of that too.
My minor quibble is the comment about entering in 2012 the Mayan Age of the Fifth Sun. I thought, that is a mere coincidence of the Mayan numbering/dating system. I partied in 1999, but that was a coincidence of the numbering system, and possibly Jesus was born in 7BC. The New Age is not Mayan. Nor is it “The Age of Aquarius”- the procession of the Equinoxes, the natural wobble of the Earth’s axis and the names the Ancients gave to certain stars does not influence it, says my inner Rationalist, or perhaps my Quakerism, always suspicious of doctrine or dogma. But whether the New Age is simply Human, or from the interaction of Spirit and Humanity, it is Real.

Hello – it is only that we are moving out of the age of Pisces (heralded by the arrival of JC) into the next one. Every two thousand years or so, God pauses between the in breath and the out breath, which gives opportunities for growth.

Hi Clare, David Tenneson drew my attention to your thoughts about the Golden Light Project – thank you for finding us and taking the time to read our info. I really like what you say and would love you to join us for GLP8 which starts on 19 September. It’s free, it’s powerful and it creates a force field of higher consciousness to support humanity through the changes that are happening.
I would like to add some food for thought to your comment if I may.
Firstly, I don’t think anyone can dispute that our Earth and consequently all life on this beautiful planet, including us humans, is undergoing major changes. Nothing is as it used to be and chaos, violence and disaster seem to be the order of the day. Yet beneath all this turmoil there is a new world unfolding, perhaps more aptly termed a new consciousness which is changing our perception of us and our world even as I write this. Whether you call this change in consciousness, in vibrational frequency, the Age of the 5th Sun, Ascension, Age of Aquarius or – as I like to call it – the Golden Age of Enlightenment, Peace, Compassion and Harmony is actually irrelevant. Names have never been able to aptly describe the inevitable, magical and breathtaking process of evolution.
Divinity/Source/Creator/The One is evolving through us – how could it be otherwise if we truly believe that there is a spark of the Divine living within each of us as it is life itself?
And for that reason I personally don’t like the expression NEW AGE – there is nothing new in this process of evolution to a higher state of consciousness which the soul longs for. It has been happening in cycles over millions of years but right at this moment this process is so powerful that we all can sense it, feel it and choose to be part of it if that is what we want.
And this is perhaps the greatest gift that Divinity offers to us – our choice to be part of this transformation, or – as some will inevitably do – to keep sitting on the fence waiting for others to take action. Whichever choice we make, the evolution and change will happen with or without us – we can actively and positively contribute by choosing to let go of fear and live each day from the highest energetic state that we can reach at any given moment, or we can buy into the mass hysteria created by fear and panic and miss the opportunity for growth altogether.
We each create our own reality through the vibration we emanate and collectively we have the potential to create a new world.
The Golden Light Project was created to help those who want to evolve and be an active part of this great change, to clear their energetic systems enough to allow the Golden Light of Source to flow through them so they may become beacons of light and way showers in the days to come. The wonderful gift in the Golden Light Project is the fact that by doing this process for the benefit of all humanity we ourselves are gradually “absolved” of the shadows that have travelled with us for so many lifetimes. There is no dogma or doctrine involved in this – only an invitation for each human being to be a catalyst for transformation towards divine love, enlightenment and peace on Earth.
